Materials: Red Heart Super Saver
Gauge: 3 trc & 1 trc row = 1 inch
Length: 11” (add an extra repeat of round 5 and 6 for 13”/extra slouchy)
Size: Teen & Adult (depending on tension)
Hints & Tips:
-
The optional increases are for those with a
tighter tension. I don’t need the optional increases to make the hat large
enough to fit but for others, the regular instructions size perfect for a
pre-teen/teen head. You will need to ignore the 48 stitch count after you do
the two optional rows and make sure your count stays at 60.
-
The optional increases will throw off your color
changes; you’ll need to do the opposite of the rest of the pattern if you do
the optional increases.
-
If you do the optional increase 1 you must do
the optional increase 2.
-
Chain stitches at the beginning of each round do
not count as a stitch
