Pink Flower Slippers - Adult

I will get a better photo up at some point, but for now, this gives you an idea.

Sole:

Round 1 - ch 16, 3 sc in 2nc ch from hook, sc in next 5 ch, hdc in next 5 ch, dc in next 3 ch, 6 dc in last ch, dc in next 3 ch (down other side), hdc in next 5 ch, sc in next 5 ch, 2 sc in last ch in hook, join with sl st – 37 st

Round 2 – Ch 1, 2 hdc in first 3 st (ch 1 doesn’t count), hdc in next 13 st, 2 hdc in next 6 dc, 1 hdc in next 13 st, 2 hdc in last 2 st, join with sl st – 48 st

Round 3 – Ch 1, *hdc in first st, 2 hdc in next st* three times, hdc in next 13 st, *hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st* 6 times, hdc in next 13st, *hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st* twice, join with sl st – 59 st

Round 4 – Ch 1, *dc in first 2 st, 2 dc in next s* three times, hdc in next 13 st, *dc in next 2 st, 2 dc in next st* 6 times, hdc in next 13 st, *dc in next 2 st, 2 dc in next st* twice, join with sl st – 70

                                        

Side:

Ch 1, sc in next 19 st, sc dec, sc in next 36 st, sc dec, sc to end, join with sl st – 68 sc (work in back loop only)

Ch 1, hdc in every st around, join with sl st – 68 hdc

Repeat round 2 4 more times

Ch 1, hdc in first st and next 29 st, *dc in next 2 st, dc dec* 5 times, dc in next 2 st, hdc to end, join with sl st, tie off – 64 st

Toe:

Skip first 34 stitches

Join in 34^th st with sl st, sl st into next st, ch 1, dc in same st and in next 4 st, sl st in next 2 st, ch 1, turn, sk first sl st, sc into next sl st and in next 5 st (total of 6 sc), sl st in next 2 st *ch 1, turn, skip first 2 sl st, dc in next 6 sc, sl st into next 2 st, ch 1, turn, skip first 2 sl st, sc in next 6 dc* 5.5 times (leave off last row of sc so you end with a row of dc), tie off.

Join in any st with sl st, ch 1, *sl st into next st, ch 1* around, join with sl st, tie off.

Flower:

Using magic circle, hdc 10 with black, join with pink in sl st, ch 1, *in next st sc, hdc, dc, hdc, sc, sl st into next st*until you have 5 petals, join with sl st to first st, tie off.  (make 2)

Button on heel:

Using magic circle, hdc 8.

Tie flowers onto slipper near ankle and at corner of toe. Tie button to the heel and sew the other end to the slipper. Slide chain through and weave around flowers and tie in the back.

Chain 75 (or until desired length).
