Tie Me in Cables Poncho

How about a THIRD pattern released this week (click HERE in case you missed the new stocking patterns)? This time, a beautiful poncho inspired by Round 3 of Battle of the Stitches. A lady wanted to order the cape I designed for the BOS (found HERE) and then wanted a 2nd cape similar to the first and then a poncho inspired by the first. And this is what I came up with. :)

This beautiful pattern is worked using two colors to accent the beautiful stitches and is plenty warm! Any worsted weight material will work (I used Red Heart Super Saver and Loops and Threads Impeccable) but I bet it would be even better if worked in a superwash merino like what you can find at Yarn Baby LLC! ;)
