Hook F
Ch 20, join with sl st to first ch
Round 1) Ch 1, sc in same st as joining, dc in next st, *sc
in next st, dc in next st* around, join to first stich with sl st – 20 stitches
Round 2) Ch 2 (does not count as dc), dc in same st as
joining, sc in next st, *dc in next st, sc in next st* around, join to first st
with sl st – 20 st
Round 3 – 7) Repeat rounds 1 & 2
Round 8) Ch 1, sc dec (start is same st as joining), *dc in
next st, sc dec*, around (this round doesn’t decrease evenly, I had a sc before
the sl st to join the round)
*Round 9) Ch 2, dc dec (start is same st as joining), *sc in
next st, dc dec* around (this round doesn’t decrease evenly, I had a dc before
the sl st to join the round)
*Round 10) using sc only, sc dec around
*Round 11) using sl st, finish off closing the circle
Tie off.
Go back to the ch 20, join in any st
Round 1) Ch 3, *sk next ch, hdc in next st ch 1* around,
join with sl st – this is the eyelet round – 10 hdc
Round 2) Sl st to ch 1, ch 3, sl st in next ch 1 space
around – 10 ch 3 spaces
Round 3) Sl st into first ch 3 space, ch 4, sl st into next
ch 3 space around, join to first ch 4 space – 10 ch 4 spaces
Tie off.
Ch 50 (less or more depending on how short or long you want
the ribbon to tie into a bow), sl st into second ch from hook and in every ch
to end
Tie off.
*(The decreasing
rounds may vary depending on your crocheting style. Your goal is to keep it
looking circular and not flat on top while closing the circle.)

Round 2) Ch 2 (doesn’t count as dc), fpdc around first dc,
*bpdc around next dc, fpdc around next dc* to end (you will end in a fpdc),
join to first dc with sl st – 27 dc
Round 3) Repeat round 2
Round 4) Ch 1, sc in same st as joining, *dc in next sc, sc
in next st* to end (you will end with a sc), join to first sc with sl st – 27
stitches
Round 5) Ch 2 (doesn’t count as dc), dc in same st as
joining, *sc in next st, dc in next st* to end (you will end with a dc), join
to first dc with sl st – 27 stitches
Round 6 - 11) Repeat rounds 4 & 5
Round 12) Ch 1, pull up loop in same st as joining, YO, pull
up loop in next st, YO and pull through all loops on hook, sc in next st, *dc
in next st, sc in next st* to end (end with sc), join to first st with sl st –
26 stitches
Round 13) Ch 2, YO, pull up loop in
same st as joining, pull up loop in next st, YO and pull through all loops on

& 5 (I no longer found myself ending the round with a sc next to a sc or a
dc next to a dc, they all alternated perfectly)
Round 21) Ch 2, dc in same st as
joining, dc around, join to first dc with sl st – 24 dc
Round 22 - 23) Repeat round 2
